Thanksgiving was at my parents this year, the weather cleared up (rain) and we were able to eat outside. It was perfect! All the kids had fun playing on the swing set and us adults had fun playing games, eating over and over and football watching! Later that night my cousins Brooke, Paige and Bridget, my Aunt Susan and my sister in law Marisol went shopping for BLACK FRIDAY at Midnight. It was crazy! This was my first time and it was so much fun. We went to Toys r us right at 12 and encountered traffic on the way there due to Arizona Mills Mall opening at 12 midnight too. I have never seen anything like this! Every spot in the parking lot was filled!!!! I have 1 picture to document the night, I'll post it later(different camera) but we got in a really long line and at the stroke of 12 raced in and shopped away! Then we split up to get more deals..... Susan, Marisol and I went to AZ mills mall to be in the shoulder to shoulder crowds of people to find many lines tooo long to wait to get a deal. Paige and Brooke dropped of Bridget who worked the next morning and then got in line (3rd!) at Khols. We then went to Walmart at 3 and waited until 5 for some pretty sweet deals! Paige and Brooke and Steven joined us for the chaos and then Paige and Steven went to Kmart for Bikes for Bridget and I-so nice! Shopping was successful and I am almost done WHEW......we didn't get home until 7:30 am so FriDAY I was toast! Tired but glad to have braved the crowds! I will now go every year! So much fun!!!
